By not relying solely on seeking validation from people\, places and things; which we have no control over\, we can create our own validation through our art that comes from a place of compassion and love for ourselves. Mindfulness Meditation is a great tool in practicing to redirect our\nattention to our inner gifts and talents. Creating art is a way to channel those unique gifts and talents into your physical reality.
