Crafting & Culture: The Art of Ojos de Dios

Discover the meaning behind a beautiful cultural tradition while creating a colorful keepsake of your own. Learn about the significance of the Ojos de Dios, or the spiritual weaving tradition known as “Sikuli” or the “Eye of God” from the Wixárika people of Mexico. Then, choose your favorite colors, experiment with intricate colorful techniques, and bring your vibrant creation home.

Appropriate for all ages. The program will be held in English and Spanish. No advanced registration necessary.
