Through Mindfulness Meditation techniques, we will tap into the creative sweet spot where you are the architect of your reality. Exploring the purest forms of your imagination requires letting go of thoughts that limit the possibilities of creation. Our thoughts can trigger negative emotions that leave us with the feeling of being casualties of our circumstances, instead of exploring the wonders of our imagination. By not relying solely on seeking validation from people, places and things; which we have no control over, we can create our own validation through our art that comes from a place of compassion and love for ourselves. Mindfulness Meditation is a great tool in practicing to redirect our attention to our inner gifts and talents. Creating art is a way to channel those unique gifts and talents into your physical reality.
