mySummer: Create Calm, Connection and Community

Restore your mind, body, and spirit in this peaceful afternoon retreat at the library. Yoga instructor Lex Irias will lead a calming meditation and gentle yoga session, followed by time for creative expression and heart-centered, community connection. Leave feeling grounded, inspired, and recharged.
Appropriate for ages 18 and older. This program will be hosted in Spanish. Space is limited; registration required.
